Hi Julie,
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for catering for our departments Christmas meal. As I mentioned to you on the day the food was absolutely stunning and plenty to go round. I myself was full on just one plate but I know many took full advantage of getting second helpings. All I have had was positive feedback from everyone and for a group of 80+ that is impressive.

I would also like to personally thank you for all the help and quick responses regarding organising our event. I know it is difficult to cater for such a large group and take on board specific dietary requirements but you seemed to manage this with ease, so thank you again.

I found the overall experience with the company that supplied the hog roast to us to be trouble free and easy.
The machine supplied was of a high standard and operated without fault, the machine was also scrupulously clean, this is paramount when supplying catering establishments for them to integrate the use of the hired equipment into their food safety regime and to continue to operate within health and safety directives
I hope we see you again as it was a breath of fresh air to deal with nice people and to be able to get on with cooking a good roast instead of spending half my day cleaning (bad experience with another hog roast machine supplier).

Would like to say a big thank you for our diy hog roast on the 27th of May even though it was a bank holiday Monday we were charged no extra.
You turned up at 8am as promised thoroughly explained the whole process  leaving us with temperature probe, cutting glove,trays and what was really nice all the remains were taken away and we didn't have to clean the machine.
The whole experience was very enjoyable so much we have already re booked for August

Despite very short notice The Welsh Hog Roast Company were more than happy to stand in for a charity event that we were holding.  They were professional from the start and everything was easy from the booking through to the final details and their work on the night of the event. We had a hog roast in our garden on the weekend and it was FAB!
We used a company called The Welsh Hog Roast Catering Company  who were very professional and really made the evening.  They arrived between 1200 and 1300 and spent the afternoon basting the pig whose pedigree and diet they knew intimately.
They brought homemade stuffing, coleslaw, etc. and the set up was blooming' brilliant.  There were hot plates for the stuffing, crackling, meat, vegetarian options (stuffed peppers) a table for salad items, rolls, etc., and even their plates and cutlery were biodegradable.  So if you're thinking of pushing the boat out whatever the reason, I suggest you bear them in mind especially if you're carnivores like my family.

The Welsh hog roast catering company provided us with a hog roast and hot dog catering package for the Cosmeston Medieval Village, on five separate events in 2010.
Being a medieval event a hog roast is demanded on the menu, not only did they provide us with the best hog roast we have ever tasted, they also provided hot dogs for the children.
Some of the staff taste 100's of hog roasts with all the events they attend each year, and for them all to agree that the hog roasts provided by The Welsh hog roast company was the best they ever tasted is certainly in my eyes a great achievement, did i mention the price was also good

The Welsh hog roast catering company provided us with a full catering facility over the summer in a forestry commission site in Brecon (Garw Nant) after we were let down by the current suppliers.
They arrived with a catering trailer Providing hot and cold food and drinks, Ice-cream and their delicious hog roast.
Over the 6 week period not once did they fail to turn up, we carried out a customer survey and believe it or not 10/10 people visiting the site found the food to be of good quality, good price and above all polite and professional customer service.
On Halloween again on short notice, they provided us with a hog roast, hot dogs and hot drinks, I can honestly say the hog roast was the best I have ever tasted, all the Adults and children were very happy.
